On the 4th, 5th, 6th, 11th, and 18th of December, Globalpesca invited ten kindergartens from the city of Punta Arenas to enjoy a performance of the play “Little Pelusona” by the theater company “La Ventolera,” which specializes in creating pieces for early childhood. The play took place at the facilities of the Interactive Center of Games and Movement of the Junji Magallanes (CIJUM).
The story tells the adventures of a young girl, the daughter of a seafarer, who experiences magical journeys in the ocean. Through sensory experiences, she learns about her father’s work and life at sea in Patagonia.
The director and actress of the play, Daniela Ramírez, emphasized that “for our company, it is very rewarding to carry out these types of projects,” and she expressed gratitude for the opportunity to work for the second consecutive year with Globalpesca and CIJUM to bring the sea closer through art.
The children, aged two to four, who enjoyed the experience belonged to the kindergartens Junji Laguna Azul, Caperucita Roja, Las Charitas, Bambi, Costanera del Estrecho, Villa Las Nueves, Juan Ruiz, Colores del Viento, Villa Australis, and the Hitipán kindergarten of the Integra Foundation.
Furthermore, during several performances, there was participation from the team of the Regional Directorate of Junji Magallanes, students of Early Childhood Education from Santo University and Globalpesca’s team.
