This Friday, August 11, our head of human resources management, Mónica Oyarzo, received official certification from Chile Valora as an Inclusion Manager.
The new Chilean inclusion law is a progressive measure that seeks to promote equal opportunities in the workplace. It acknowledges the talent and abilities of all individuals, regardless of personal differences such as age, nationality, language, gender, or disability status.

The Inclusion Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all inclusion initiatives within Globalpesca. This includes the training and education of our entire workforce, the implementation of inclusive policies, and the creation of a work environment that celebrates diversity.
