During the commercial stop, on Thursday, June 22, the Human Resources department, together with the consulting firm Norte 3, conducted two workshops with deck and engine officers, deck and factory boatswains, and crew members from various areas of the three vessels undergoing maintenance in Puerto Montt, along with shore personnel.
The following individuals participated in the two workshops: Captains Ernesto Sandoval and Mauricio Zamorano, as well as officers and crew members: José Mauricio Bahamonde, Jaime Badilla, Alejandro López, Jonathan Barría, Alberto Abarca, Heriberto Cayún, Rolando Suazo, Jaime Vivanco, Agustín Ayala, Guillermo Wolf, Camilo Huirimilla, Luis Alarcón, José Luis Rosas, Raúl Jara, Carlos Pinilla, Aníbal Cifuentes, Alex Rojas, Felipe González, César Rosas, Carlos Doizi, José Báez, Alina Tohirin, Kariyanto, Ari Ira Irawan, Alejandro Medina, Daniel Arias, Cristian Soto, Urip Budi W., Andi Sulisto, Teguuh Solileh, Iván Alvarez, and Muhamad Adzin Nur Fahmi. Additionally, shore personnel included: safety officer Pablo Águila, fleet manager Nicolás Ramírez, human resources manager Mónica Oyarzo, accounting manager Juan Vargas, and journalist Ale Fernández. The facilitators from Norte 3 were psychologists Mauricio Yánquez and Felipe Magallón.
