Within our corporate policy, one of the fundamental aspects is the satisfaction of our customers with respect to the expectations they have about our products. To guarantee compliance, every two years the University of Chile certifies our documentary processing line, in addition to our infrastructure and frozen products. In this way, our product meets the standards required by Sernapesca’s Quality Assurance Plan (PAC). Additionally, and permanently throughout the year, specialized laboratories certify our product, process and load, thus complying with international food safety guidelines and requirements – HACCP.
